Wedding planning is stressful. The last thing you need is a tool that doesn't fit your situation. If the Plana planning checklist isn't saving you time, we'll give you your money back.

30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. We'll refund your full purchase price to the original payment method. No forms, no surveys, no pressure.

How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

• The email address you used at checkout
• The approximate date of your purchase

That's it. We'll process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days. The amount typically appears on your card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Keep the printable plan

If you've already exported a printable PDF of your full plan before requesting the refund, you're welcome to keep it. We don't claw it back.

After the 30-day window

We don't generally issue refunds after 30 days. If something unusual happened — a duplicate charge, a payment from a stolen card, or a major Service issue we couldn't resolve — email us anyway. We handle these case-by-case and try to do the right thing.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, we lose the dispute fee plus the transaction. We'd much rather just refund you directly. Email us first; we'll always honor the 30-day guarantee.
